This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Order processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Packaging

  • Dispatch to our fulfillment partners

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We work with multiple fulfillment partners and EU-based warehouses. Some products may also be shipped from international fulfillment centers depending on availability.

Estimated delivery times:

European Union (EU)
5–12 business days

Non-EU Europe
7–15 business days

United States & Canada
7–15 business days

Rest of the World
10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Seasonal demand

  • Customs processing

  • Product availability

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information


3. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.

In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take up to 72 hours to become active

  • Temporary tracking delays are normal during transit


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location and any active promotions.

  • Free shipping may be available for certain regions or products

  • Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before purchase


6. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs authorities

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Supplier or carrier issues

If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at shipping@furryorb.com, and we will assist you.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing information

  • Recipient unavailable

We may:

  • Reship the order (additional reshipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund excluding original shipping costs (if applicable)


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

FurryORB is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

However, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier where possible.


9. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

  • You will be notified promptly

  • You may choose a replacement product

  • Or request a full refund


10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges:

  • Are not included in product prices

  • Are the responsibility of the customer
