At FurryORB, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy on eligible items.


1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories

  • Include the order number or proof of purchase

Some products may have additional return conditions based on manufacturer or product type.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened pet food, supplements, or consumables

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items clearly marked as final sale


3. Return Process

Return process:

  1. Submit your return request by email

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours

  3. You will receive return instructions and a return address

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • 3–7 business days after return approval

  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the item and packaging

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to our standard return procedure.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
